Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a wonderful family getaway at this resort, which is nestled in a beautiful bushland setting. The self-contained apartment we stayed in was spacious with stunning views of the water and golf course. The on-site restaurant provided fantastic meals, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. However, I did notice the indoor pool was much cleaner than the outdoor one, and a few amenities could use some updating to enhance the overall experience.
We had quite the experience at this resort. While the natural setting is stunning and the apartment was spacious, the check-in process and room issues left us feeling frustrated. The dining was largely enjoyable, but the pool situation could certainly be improved.
Waking up in this resort was truly refreshing, surrounded by beautiful and peaceful landscapes. The spacious rooms were delightful, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional, really enhancing our experience. However, the dining options could have had more variety, and some areas of the hotel seemed a bit outdated. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway that I would gladly recommend.
I’ve had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is convenient, and the staff were lovely, but my expectations regarding room amenities were not met, and the pool conditions were disappointing. While I appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the kitchen facilities, cleanliness issues and dining experiences affected my overall satisfaction.
We chose this hotel for a special anniversary weekend and while there were some hiccups with our initial room, the customer service more than made up for it. The high-quality room we moved into was a delight. The restaurant provided excellent meals, and we loved the thoughtful touches for our toddler. However, the cleanliness issues we encountered initially couldn't go unnoticed, and the stairs between the bedrooms and living area were not ideal for families with young children.
